Initiate Your Return
Log into your WHATASTORE account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are in their original, unused condition.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
